All orders are shipped via Australia Post using the Parcel Post service. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100 Australia wide. For orders under $100 a flat shipping fee of $5.00 will apply.
EXPRESS POST is available for Australian orders for a flat rate of $10.
Please note the delivery cost will not be added to your order until the final stages of checkout.

Estimated delivery time within Australia is 3-5 business days, or 1-2 business days if you have selected EXPRESS POST.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing your order please contact us via email email@example.com with your full name and order details and we will look into your delivery immediately.
Shipping may take a little longer during busy periods/public holidays.

We understand that online shopping does not always end in happily ever afters. If you’re not 100% happy with your Bijou purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or full refund (excluding postage costs) within 100 days of purchase (excluding jewellery).
Items must be returned in the original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, in the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange.

Please reference our SIZE GUIDE before purchasing and email us if you are unsure of how to measure your size. However if you have purchased the wrong size, or you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange the item, or process a full refund (excluding postage) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, still looking as shiny and new as when we sent it to you.
Unfortunately, in the interest of hygiene and for your protection, we do not accept returns on earrings.
Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense. Once the item has been returned with all tags and in original condition, the exchange item will be sent back to you via standard shipping, or a refund will be processed right away.
